How do I rent a storage unit or parking space online?
You may lease online, at our kiosk or by phone! Our facility does not have an office on-site. All leasing and account management is handled through our secure website or our on-site kiosk. Renting a storage unit or parking space online is very simple! Once you know which unit size you wish to rent, click on the RENT NOW button that corresponds to the unit size, then select your move in date, review your move in charges and enter your personal information. Once you have paid, you will be prompted to e-sign our rental agreement. When reviewing your rental agreement please take note of your gate code and the storage unit or parking space assigned to you which are found on page one of the agreement. Once you have e-signed the agreement then your gate code will automatically be transmitted to the key pad system at our facility and will become activated on the day of your move in. The manager of the facility will receive notification of your rental and will review and sign the rental agreement usually the same day and will return to you a fully executed copy of the rental agreement via e-mail along with a copy of your move in ledger. You do not need to wait to receive the executed rental agreement before moving in.
What required information do you need to sign a rental agreement online?
You will need to provide us with your full name, address, mobile phone number, and email address. If you are a business then you will need to provide your business name in addition to the information listed above.
How do I rent a storage unit or parking space from your on-site kiosk?
Renting a storage unit or parking space at our on-site kiosk is fast and simple! Simply follow the prompts as a new customer and the kiosk will guide you through the leasing process. The kiosk accepts all major credit cards including Discover, MC, VISA and AMEX as well as cash or check. You may purchase a disk lock at the kiosk as well. Once you pay for the storage unit or parking space and e-sign the rental agreement, you will be given a printed receipt with your unit address and gate code. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the gate code to transmit to the key pad system before attempting access to the facility. If you have a question while at the kiosk, simply request assistance by clicking on the help button and a live person will 2 way communicate with you to assist you through the process. You will need your driver's license to rent from the kiosk.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?

Do I need to provide my own lock?
We encourage tenants to bring their own locks at time of move-in. However, we also have disc locks available for purchase at our on-site kiosk when renting a unit. You are only allowed to install one lock to your storage unit.
Are there any items I am not allowed to store?
You cannot store explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables, or animals of any kind. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
How do I receive my gate code after I lease a unit at the kiosk or online?
Once you have provided all required lease information, made your payment online or at our kiosk and e-signed your rental agreement, your gate code will be provided to you on the rental agreement. Please allow five to ten minutes for your gate code to download to the gate operating system on-site before accessing the facility to move in. Your gate code and unit number is located on page one of the rental agreement. Please take note of both when reviewing the rental agreement prior to e-signing the document.
Do I need to sign a long term lease?
No way! We rent on a month-to-month basis!
Do I need to provide written notice if I wish to vacate my storage unit or parking space?
Yes, in accordance with your lease agreement, you are required to provide us with a fifteen (15) day notice prior to the last day of the month for which you wish to vacate. We do not pro-rate rent for tenants who vacate prior to the end of the month. You may email your notice to email@example.com. Please provide your full name, mailing address, phone number and unit address and the specific date you will move out of your unit/space.
What form of payments do you accept?
Online and by phone, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX. You may also sign up for automatic payment through your credit card or ACH from your bank account. At our on-site kiosk, we accept a check, cash, all major credit cards or ACH from your bank account.
What standard rental discounts do you offer?
Active Duty Military & Veteran Discount - 10% off your monthly rent for as long as you rent from us. Proof of active military or veteran status is required.
Senior Citizen Discount - 10% off your monthly rent for as long as you rent from us. Proof of date of birth is required. Must be age 65 or older.
Law Enforcement / Fire Department Discount - 10% off your monthly rent for as long as you rent from us. Proof of employment as a law enforcement officer or fire department employee required.
Note: You may not combine discounts or specials. Must request discount at time of move in. We will not back date a discount to previous months.
